I've always been very active in sports. I began cycling at the age of 12, qualifying and went cycling high school in Skara.
1995, I started with weight training seriously, the goal was to compete and qualify for Swedish Championship -96 which I did. From there I went to compete at international level, first in the Nordic Championship -05 and then on to World Cup -06
2008 I have chosen to rest from competition and build my strength and motivation
