The normal setup for a weight loss program is based on One 0n One training sessions 2-3 / weekThe training session is approx 60 minutes , 2/3 weight & exorcise and 1/3 cardio Before first training session we have a consultancy meeting, setting up your goals, looking at our personal needs and requirements. The training fee is 20 USD* ( that does NOT cover the gym membership fee )
