About me
The normal setup for a weight loss program is based on One 0n One training sessions 2-3 / week
The training session is approx 60 minutes , 2/3 weight & exorcise and 1/3 cardio
Before first training session we have a consultancy meeting, setting up your goals, looking at our personal needs and requirements.
The training fee
25 USD for single sessions
200 USD for 10 sessions
( Does NOT cover the gym membership fee )
